Specification Guide

General
1. Cultured Marble: An engineered cast polymer composite made with a
  blend of polymer resins and inorganic fillers that are mixed cast and coated
  with a clear polymer Gel Coat
2. Brand: Durasill Windowsills are manufacture by Compazo Inc., 22500 Heslip Drive,
  Novi, Michigan. Compazo Inc. has been manufacturing quality composite products since 1972.

Products
1. Window sill are manufactured to specific lengths and widths based on client specifications.
2. Durasill is a high strength polymer composite resistant to denting, chipping, and abrasion
3. Surface is resistant to water,mildew and staining and complies with ANZI Z124.
  Surface is resistant to fungal and bacterial growth in accordance with ASTM G21|/G22
4. Window Sill Specification:
  Description: Durasill Composite window sills are 3/4" (inch) thick
  
  Width/Length: To be specified in drawings
  
  Color: Choose from four (4) standard colors
  
  Edges: Front edges are finished and eased.
General
1. Window sills are manufactured in ten (10) foot and twelve (12) foot lengths.
  Standard widths are 3”, 4”, 4-1/2”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10“, and 12”
2. They can also be manufactured to custom specifications per contractors requirements
3. lnstallation pieces are typically measured and cut on the jobsite to insure a good fit.
  Cutting requires general use of proper mask equipment, no silca requirements.
